Handbooks and Forms

What's needed for registration:

1. Two (2) proofs of residency
2. $25 MacBook usage/technology fee
3. Textbooks and library books from last school year
4. Seventh-graders will need updated Shot record – Form 121
5. New Students only: birth certificate, shot record - Form 121, withdrawal from previous school.
6. $10 supply fee for elementary school students
