It is with the utmost pride that I welcome you to the West Lowndes High School website. We are a school committed to providing every child with the best education possible. In so doing, we have set our expectations and our standards high.

West Lowndes High School has a rich history and tradition of excellence. From her former years as Motley to the present day, the story of greatness remains the same. We have produced educators, doctors, lawyers, professional athletes and other graduates who work hard and are productive citizens. We are constantly striving to advance the cause of student achievement while developing every student in the areas of attendance, attitude and extracurricular endeavor. In order to do this effectively we are open and receptive to the input of our board, superintendent, parents and community at large.
